siPSMA + siTATE
The acronym “si” in [18F]siPSMA and [18F]siTATE stands for silicone, and more precisely SiFA (silicone-fluoride acceptor). Labelling of radiopharmaceuticals that comprise of such a SiFA group can be produced with isotopic exchange at room temperature.
